Dose optimization for pediatric radiographic exams using S-VueTM

The pediatric radiology department in Bicêtre hospital, which is part of the Greater Paris University Hospitals / AP-HP, has acquired a Samsung GC85A late 2017. The first step in dose optimization was to develop specific pediatric protocols based on local experiences. This system is provided with S-Vue™ post-processing engine that allowed a reduction of image noise. Therefore, S-Vue™ was used in the department to allow further optimization of the pediatric X-ray protocols for different localizations and weight categories.
