Workflow Improvement with Samsung SimGridTM Software

Samsung Electronics has created a software solution (SimGrid) for their digital x-ray products which reduces high frequency scatter noise and paves a path for performing examinations without the use of a physical grid. This solution works as an optional post processing step which may be configured on a case by case basis. The effectiveness of the SimGrid solution has been evaluated through a multi-center study involving Seoul National University Bundang hospital and Samsung Medical Center, South Korea.
